• Follow either of the following two steps to reactivate an M2M device
         
• 1. Reactivate through the Administration Platform by following this TIP
         
• 2. Reactivate through the RControl application by following this TIP
         
• If you want to reactivate a SIM model SIM25MB you must contact the engineering team and provide the invoice containing the REACTIVAM2M to assist you with the voucher application.
         
• The last step is to add the annual subscription to your M2M device using VOUCHER1Y / VOUCHERLTEM depending on the device. This step is NOT performed by the engineering team. You can follow either of these two guides: via APP or via Platform. If it is a SIM25MB request support from the engineering team to enter the corresponding annual subscription (RENOVACION25MB).
       

With this service you can reactivate your M2M device to add another year of service.

NOTE: Once reactivated the device’s annual subscription must be added. This can be done via the RControl / S365 application or directly through the M2M administration platform by the customer or distributor.

NOTE 2: For SIM25MB the RENOVACION25MB annual subscription must be added directly by the SYSCOM engineering department.
