The Akuvox E12W is a SIP-based IP video doorphone engineered for residential and light commercial access control applications. Featuring a 2-megapixel CMOS sensor with H.264/H.265 encoding the unit delivers up to 1080p video at 25 fps with a wide 123° horizontal viewing angle and integrated white LED illumination for low-light environments down to 0.1 LUX. Dual-band connectivity via 2.4 GHz WiFi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) and BLE complements the onboard 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port with 802.3af PoE support while the built-in 13.56 MHz RFID reader and Wiegand interface enable integration with existing access control infrastructure. SIP v2 (RFC3261) compliance ensures seamless interoperability with VoIP phone systems and SIP-based intercom platforms supporting narrowband (G.711a/μ G.729) and broadband (G.722) audio codecs with echo cancellation VAD and CNG. Rated IP65 for outdoor exposure and operational from -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C) the E12W also offers cloud or local MicroSD storage auto-provisioning and a web management portal for streamlined deployment and maintenance.
