Zero-touch provisioning through GDMS gives service providers and enterprises a centralized interface to configure provision manage and monitor hundreds of phones — no desk-by-desk setup. TR-069 and AES-encrypted XML provisioning also supported.

Crystal-Clear HD Audio

Full HD wideband audio on both handset and full-duplex speakerphone backed by noise shield technology and AI noise reduction that filter out background noise — plus 5-way conferencing to bring the whole team into the call.

Carrier-Grade Security

Enterprise-level protection with secure boot dual firmware images and encrypted data storage plus SHA-256 authentication SRTP TLS call encryption and 802.1X media access control.

Part of Grandstreams carrier-grade GRP series the GRP2604 packs the essentials that on-site and remote desktop workers actually use: 3 lines 6 SIP accounts and up to 3 call appearances presented on a crisp 2.7 in (132×64) backlit LCD with dual-color LED line keys.

Power users get room to work: 10 BLF keys for monitoring extensions 4 XML-programmable context-sensitive soft keys and 8 dedicated function keys. The RJ9 headset jack with EHS support connects Plantronics Jabra and Sennheiser wireless headsets without adapter boxes.

The telephony feature set is complete for business use: call park and pickup shared call appearance (SCA/BLA) a downloadable XML/LDAP phonebook of up to 2 000 contacts an 800-record call log hot-desking and server redundancy with fail-over for uptime-critical installs.

Two hardware versions cover every desk: the GRP2604 ships with a universal power supply while the GRP2604P adds integrated 802.3af PoE for clean single-cable installs (power supply not included with the P version).

A swappable faceplate lets service providers and enterprises brand every phone with their own logo — a simple detail that turns a commodity endpoint into part of your identity ideal for hospitality MSP fleets and white-label voice services.

The included base stand offers two viewing angles (39° and 45°) and the phone is wall-mountable for reception areas warehouses and break rooms (wall mount sold separately). Layer 2 (802.1Q/802.1P) and Layer 3 (ToS DiffServ MPLS) QoS keeps voice traffic prioritized on busy office networks.

Multi-language support covers English Spanish French German Portuguese and many more — a practical advantage for bilingual workplaces. U.S. compliance includes FCC Part 15 Class B and FCC Part 68 HAC (hearing aid compatible) a common requirement in enterprise and public-sector purchasing.
